When photographing portraits always consider the following:

• Ensure the subject is making eye contact
• Make sure the subject has a natural stance and looks comfortable within the image
• Select interesting environments that don't distract from the subject
• Enable typography to sit in a way that doesn't fight with the imagery
• Ensure person is in context to their work. E.g. Usage of props or photographing in workspace environment
